David Gunther, serial plaintiff 10/02/06 27:14
David Gunther and his attorney Morse Mehrban have made quite a living for themselves by suing countless businesses over minor accessibility violations. Gunther, who claims to be unable to walk, has filed complaints over toilets being one inch out of code from the wall, doors "looking" to heavy, and bathroom mirrors not being low enough for him to "preen" himself. This causes so much mental anguish, the he and Mehrban sue for thousands over and over, settling many cases out of court for undisclosed amounts. The settlements never include stipulations for the violation to be fixed, only for cash. David Gunther came on the show via telephone live from his wheelchair. J&K did not see eye-to-eye with him. Can he sue them for that?

The Nation of Aztlan audio 07/07/06 3:51
From capsweb.org...

The background visuals on the "Nation of Aztlan" video were taken in Los Angeles at the supposedly 500,000 person demonstration on March 25, 2006. But the speeches by Jose Angel Gutierrez, Fabian Nunez, Herman Baca, and Armando Navarro were made in 1995 at a MEChA conference at the University of California, Riverside after the passage of Proposition 187.

The remarks on the video by Antonio Villaraigosa, now the Mayor of Los Angeles, were made at a Southwest Voter's Registration Project meeting in June of 1997. At that time Villaraigosa was the California State Assembly Majority Leader. All of the people whose pictures were superimposed on the visuals, attended the Los Angeles Demonstration in 2006.

Other remarks heard on this video were made at the Latino Forum on January 12, 2006 in San Bernadino, California where Herman Baca, Armando Navarro and others, including a member of Congress, Joe Baca, and his son, a California Assemblyman, Joe Baca Jr., made speeches.

Fredo Arias King, Fmr. Fox Admin 05/25/00 12:02
Fredo was the Foreign Relations Manager and speechwriter for Vincente Fox during his 2000 campaign. He tells J&K about how Fox gave the people of Mexico their only chance to improve things in the Mexican government. But soon after being elected, Fox fell into the same game that the regime before him had. Fredo become disillusioned, and now tells all about the inner workings of the Vincent Fox Administration.
Tim Cavanaugh, Reason Mag 01/01/01 22:53
Wrote an article stating that everything would be better if the borders were just opened up, and everyone could just roam back and forth willy-nilly. After all, that's the way it used to be. You know, back in the good old days? People came and went…no problems. Perhaps he fails to realize the fact that the flood seems to be flowing in one direction only…J&K should be able to clear things up during a nice, civil phone interview.
Robert Rector, Heritage Found. 05/17/06 24:37
The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act will be the biggest alteration of US immigration law in the last 80 years. Robert E. Rector, Senior Research Fellow of Domestic Policy Studies at The Heritage Foundation has actually read the Senate Bill. He says this bill would cause, over the next 20 years, 70 million immigrants to come to the US and be declared legal. That's almost the entire population of Mexico.
John & Ken on Fox 11 05/01/06 10:22
After running out of new ways to wring their hands over the poor illegal immigrants during the 2006 Illegal Alien Vacation Day, the wacky cast of LA's Fox 11 "News" (John Beard, Christine Devine, Gigi Graciette, and Tony "The Aztlan Avenger" Valdez) decides to have John & Ken on to show the other side of the story.

It did not go well.

(Side note. While John & Ken ARE, in fact, raving lunatics…their exuberance during this piece was partially caused by Fox 11 blaring J&K's own delayed voice back at them in their headphones. Makes it hard to talk. Try it sometime!)
Linda Swope, C. E.S. Inc 04/11/06 9:19
Illegal alien are taking the jobs Americans don’t want, eh?

Remember what happened to New Orleans? All those people, out of work and out of homes. Americans. The money is there to pay for the rebuild; logic says that if they’re willing to do they work, they should get the jobs. Well, not when illegal Mexican migrants get there.

Even though the citizen residents were there for the jobs first, the contactors dropped them faster than a hot tamale. After all, if they can pay illegals pennies on the dollar, and their profit margin goes up. Profit on the Katrina disaster.

Linda Swope with Complete Employment Services Inc tried to provide the displaced residents with jobs, and had a harsh jolt of reality that we already know of all too well in California.
Stephen Yagman, "Attorney" 03/14/06 1:48
Yagman is suing because some prison inmates are being forced to sleep on mattresses laid out on the floor.

Yagman won't quote anything anybody has said regarding this case, don't bother asking him.

Really.

F@#k you.
Thomas Martin,Maywood Mayor 01/25/06 10:33
The city council in Maywood, (Mmm hmm) California doesn't like the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill (Yeah) that passed the House of Representative last year. So they held a press conference (Mmm hmm) rejecting it, implying that they (Yeah) would ignore it should it become law. John & Ken had the Mayor (Mmm hmm) on to get him to officially admit (Yeah) that he was trying to establish (Mmm hmm) a sanctuary city for (Yeah) illegal aliens.
J&K @ SanQuentin, Tookie B-Bye 12/12/05 28:21

Jimel Barnes,"real"Crips Founder 11/29/05 10:30
Jimel says convicted quadruple murderer Tookie Williams isn't the founder of the Crips gang as reported in the media...HE is. He claims Tookie was an incestuous pedophile rapist. He also got Tookie into gangs, introduced Tookie to bodybuilding and Arnold Schwarzenegger, was the first to split the atom, discovered penicillin, and co-founded Apple Computer Inc. with Steve Jobs and Steven Wozniak, cuz. Aight?
Dr. Phillip Gasper, Nobel Whore 11/23/05 21:31
Dr. Gasper nominated quadruple murderer Stanley "Tookie" Williams for a Nobel Peace Prize about a bazzion times in an effort to gain support for his clemency. After all, people hear "Nobel Prize" and their brain stem gets all warm. What people fail to realize is that being nominated is just about as easy as getting a Best Buy 23.5% credit card around the holidays. And John & Ken let "Doctor" Gasper know that his little trick wasn't fooling anyone anymore.
